As a reminder, back in September of 2005, the CME Weather team restructured the seasonal contracts to offer more flexibility in trading CME Weather contracts in multiple months.  Previously, weather contracts offered fixed five-month trading contracts for all weather cities.  Due to customer demand, we now offer seasonal strips that can be customized to a trader’s needs.  Now a seasonal strip can cover from a two-month to a seven month period.
